Notice how only one person doesn't have her hat plain... That's me. I simply believe everyone deserves a chance to stand out. All my senior year I only appeared to be another face in crowd of students but only for a portion of the graduation ceremony, I was not just another senior ready to enter the unknown but someone who wanted to express themselves and be different. For that small portion of the ceremony, I was Adrienne, the young lady who dared to be different... Until they the counselor, Ms. Ramirez, demanded I removed the sticker. Then, once again, I was just another face in the crowd.
